Data corrections — if you spot a misclassified county, a wrong gauge threshold, an out-of-date population figure, or any other factual error, please tell us where you saw it (URL) and what's wrong. We aim to fix verified corrections within 24 hours.
Story tips and leads — Arizona Gateway shares an editorial mission with The SunTimes News. If you have a story angle the dashboard's signals helped you spot, the SunTimes editorial team would like to hear about it.
Partnership inquiries — county governments, emergency-management offices, universities, and Arizona-focused nonprofits: if you'd like to embed Arizona Gateway data in your own dashboards or have a co-marketing idea, get in touch.
Accessibility issues — if any page on Arizona Gateway is unusable with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or specific assistive technology, please tell us — accessibility regressions are P0 for our team.
General feedback — what's working, what's confusing, what's missing. We design Arizona Gateway in public and treat thoughtful feedback as a gift.
What we don't handle
Arizona Gateway is not the right channel for emergency reporting (call 911),
official government services, or weather-forecast inquiries (visit
weather.gov or your local NWS
office). We also can't update data in upstream feeds — corrections to NWS alerts, USGS streamgage
readings, or FEMA records must go to those agencies directly.
Mail
Arizona Gateway is published by The SunTimes News in partnership with TRUiC. Postal mail can be
directed to either organization's public corporate address.
About the project
Arizona Gateway is a real-time intelligence dashboard for the state of Arizona, aggregating
weather, river, Great Lakes, environmental, jobs, and grants data from public-sector sources. It is
built and maintained by TRUiC in
partnership with The SunTimes
News. Read more on our About page, or browse the live signals on the
dashboard, the county alerts hub, or the
river gauges hub.
